We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity Adobe Technology Services - Computer Scientist position will be based in our San Jose office and will be part of an Agile team working with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver technology solutions to business problems. The primary enterprise applications supporting the Enterprise Sales experience are opportunity, configure-price-quote (CPQ) management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for implementing areas across the enterprise sales process, including configuration of sales and CPQ, workflow design and coordination of automation, and integrations to other enterprise applications. You'll work closely with our team of analysts, developers, QA, and product owners in North America, India and Romania in designing, deploying, operating and supporting leading edge enterprise sales experiences.What you'll Do Maintains and continuously improves Enterprise Sales solutions enabled by Microsoft Dynamics, PROS CPQ, Salesforce, Apttus CPQ and related Sales and Marketing enterprise applicationsStrong Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics product knowledge within Sales, and CPQ requiredStrong configuration skill set (Microsoft Dynamics, PROS CPQ, Conga CPQ, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, etc.)Oversees and conducts complex Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics deploymentsWorks closely with integration, network, database, security, and development teamsAnalyze architectural and feature specs and translate them into solution needsImplement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processesInterface on a day-to-day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operationsWhat you need to succeed B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceSolution-oriented with a minimum of 5+ years of proven implementation experience in Salesforce CPQ or Microsoft DynamicsCPQ subject matter expert to deliver CPQ solutions including (product, complex product configurations, pricing and discount rules, product rules, subscription management, order management and integrations with CLM and SAP ECCLead and drive requirement gathering and technical deep dive meetingsExperience with continuous integration solutions like JenkinsParticipate in design, and implementation of CPQ components and Quote to Cash flows using SFDC, APTTUS/Conga, Microsoft Dynamics, and PROS CPQStrong expertise in Lead to Cash process areasAbility to recommend best practices and competence in advanced APEX programming, APIs and integrationsEffective verbal and written communication with local and remote team membersHands-on software development capabilities with large projectsExperience with major sales platforms (Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics) is a differentiating characteristicExcellent oral and written presentation and communication skillsThe ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is essentialWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, perform crucial job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
