Benefits Eligibility Summary Job Summary: Responsible for managing
daily member golf operations at Canyons Golf Club and is a
supervisory position responsible for outside golf operations, with
direct reports. This role oversees all Outside staff and operations
and is responsible for professionally assisting members and guests
with all service requests. Job Specifications: Starting Wage:
$52,000.00 - $58,839 Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift
Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of
age Housing Availability: No Job Requirements: Must have 3-5 years’
golf operations experience Must have a valid Driver’s License or
passport Preferred: Knowledgeable in RPOS, Jonas, Golf Genius, and
Microsoft office Work history at high end private or resort
facilities Able to communicate effectively in English Previous
member and guest service experience and excellent guest service
skills Able to work entire season Experience with tee time
reservations and management Necessary Skills: Excellent verbal and
written communication Professional presentation High level of
attention to detail Excellent member and guest service Excellent
organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as with
a team Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing daily golf
operations including managing tournaments, conducting lessons, and
providing professional services to ensure an exceptional golf
experience. Enhance the guest experience by providing superior
customer service to our customers (internal and external) at all
times. Respond to all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Hire, train and schedule staff; set goals and expectations of each
position; coach and discipline when needed; conduct mid-season and
end-of-season evaluations; provide on-going feedback and coaching
for employees to ensure success. Create a fun and professional work
experience while communicating in a courteous and respectful
manner. Lead the setting up, stocking, organizing and cleaning of
work areas with all necessary supplies and equipment. Other duties
as assigned. The expected pay range is $52,000.00 - $58,839. This
is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
