Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in South Jordan, Herriman or Midvale UT. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic and balance-related conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients on therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring care aligns with best practices and regulatory standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Proficiency in Medicine and Home Care practices related to physical therapy Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care Ability to develop and carry out customized treatment plans effectively State licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Utah (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program Experience in orthopedic and balance physical therapy is a plus
