prospects. We are currently looking for agents to cover local leads
throughout the Greater Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County areas.

transaction coordination so you can focus entirely on selling.
Master Lead Conversion: Whether you are new or experienced, our
proven training program will help you maximize your conversion
rates and increase your income. Responsibilities: Aggressive Lead
Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads immediately and manage a sales
pipeline in our CRM. Client Consultation: Conduct buyer and seller
consultations to identify needs and match clients with the right
properties. Showings Open Houses: Host open houses and schedule
property viewings for prospective buyers. Negotiation: Draft and
negotiate purchase agreements to get the best deal for your
clients. Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the
local real estate market and inventory. Qualifications: Active Utah
Real Estate License (Required). Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and
utilize CRM platforms and digital tools quickly. Communication
Skills: Strong negotiation and networking abilities. Driven
Self-Motivated: A willingness to work hard and overcome challenges.
Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage a busy
schedule. Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred,
