Representative for SIMPLY TEST will be responsible for expanding
adoption of the company’s molecular diagnostic platform across the
United States. This role requires a consultative, solutions-driven
approach to engage healthcare providers, laboratories, and health
systems in understanding the clinical and operational value of
SIMPLY TEST. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with
molecular diagnostics knowledge, excelling in both new business
development and strategic account growth. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion Develop and execute a national sales
strategy to drive adoption of SIMPLY TEST across physician
practices, urgent cares, and other medical walk in clinics. Meet or
exceed annual sales quotas through new customer acquisition and
expansion within existing accounts. Prospect and engage
decision-makers including physicians, lab directors, clinical
administrators, and procurement leaders. Conduct compelling product
presentations and demonstrations, highlighting SIMPLY TEST’s
advantages in accuracy, turnaround time, cost-effectiveness, and
ease of implementation. Account Management Serve as the trusted
partner for healthcare organizations using SIMPLY TEST , ensuring
smooth onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction. Build
strategic relationships with key accounts to expand test
utilization and menu adoption. Collaborate with client teams to
identify growth opportunities, including additional clinics,
departments, and regional rollouts. Clinical & Technical Expertise
Clearly communicate the scientific and clinical value of SIMPLY
TEST molecular diagnostics in infectious disease, women’s health,
functional testing, and other relevant applications. Partner with
internal clinical specialists to provide ongoing education,
technical support, and staff training at client sites. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, reimbursement policies,
and competitive technologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work
with marketing to develop tailored campaigns, sales collateral, and
provider education programs for SIMPLY TEST. Provide field insights
to product development teams, ensuring customer needs inform
innovation and pipeline strategy. Represent SIMPLY TEST at trade
shows, national meetings, and industry events to build visibility
and credibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences,
Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 3 years of
successful sales experience in Business to Business sales 5 years
of successful sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical
devices, or life sciences. Demonstrated success in selling
diagnostic assays or platforms at the national or multi-regional
level. Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, physician
adoption dynamics, and reimbursement considerations. Excellent
presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel nationally (50–70%). Performance Metrics
Attainment of annual revenue targets for SIMPLY TEST. New account
acquisitions and percentage growth of test utilization. Expansion
of existing accounts into multi-site or multi-service adoption.
