Proactive Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative
(SDR) to support our outbound outreach to medical practices and
healthcare facilities. This role focuses on calling providers,
introducing Proactive Health, and scheduling meetings with key
decision-makers. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow
in healthcare sales while working with a mission-driven
organization. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to healthcare
practices and facilities Introduce Proactive Health and explain our
services Identify and engage decision-makers Schedule qualified
meetings for the sales or leadership team Maintain accurate records
in CRM systems Follow up consistently with prospects Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable making outbound
calls Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Interest in
healthcare or wellness Sales, SDR, call center, or healthcare
