Hybrid Call Center w/ rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company that is on a mission to disrupt the expensive and inefficient Pharmacy Benefit Management sector. If you're looking for exciting career growth, apply now!Hybrid model: onsite for 2.5 months for training, then 75% remote.Description:Answer inbound calls and make outbound phone calls to and from members, physicians and pharmacies while delivering a world class member experience.Follow-up, resolve, and document issues related to the member interaction. Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine research as needed.Educate members about their pharmacy benefits.Deliver a one call resolution to our members by becoming an expert in the Pharmacy Benefits Management industry.Demonstrate a patient centric mindset and a high sense of urgency to solve member requests.Maintaining Personal Protected Information (PPI) and Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).Skills:Customer service, Call center, Customer support, phone etiquette, customer service call center, Health care, pharmacy, insurance, fax machine, inbound callAdditional Skills & Qualifications:REQUIRED:Must be locally based as the role requires working onsite at our Lehi office.During ongoing pandemic, hybrid office/ work from home rotation availableRequires 100% attendance during training period.HS Diploma, GED or equivalent1+ years experience working within call centerActive listening, conversational speaking skills, with a high degree of empathyAbility to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassion for helping peopleProficiency in Mac, and Google SuiteFlexibility to work schedules from Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend and holiday shiftsPREFERRED:Prior experience with:Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRM toolsCall Center Phone Software (Talkdesk, etc.)With benefits or at a pharmacyEmployer benefits. Incredible opportunity to start in HC, Other departments are knocking on Member Support team door for promos - intermediate "call support" role being developed that aids in strategic visibility to the business and team. Work Environment:This is an in-office/hybrid role at our office in Lehi, UT, Based on performance, there is an opportunity to work remotely 75% of the time. This benefit is accessed after approx 2-3mo of in office training and once rep has established KPI that measures customer satisfaction score. Approx 2/3rds of employees hit this metric and have the opportunity of 75% WFH. Anyone can work in office 100% of the time if they would prefer to do so. 1st week of every month everyone is in office and that whole week meals are provided AND there is a fully stocked kitchen at all times. HOURS: Need to be open to 8hr shifts in hours of 6am - 6pm Mon - Fri & rotating Saturday (6-7 week rotation) for 5hr shift from 9am - 2pm. Shift can be traded or asked for if OT is desired. After 90days can request schedule changeThere is also a team that does off-line work on Sundays for answering service. TRAINING HOURS: 7am - 3:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm EQUIPMENT: Laptop Mouse and Head set all providedINTERNET: To be eligible to WFH will need certain upload and download speedsHIPPA: If WFH, will need a space where they can have calls that cannot be heard to remain HIPPA compliant.
