The Administrative Assistant will directly support members of the
sales team in a wide range of tasks from database maintenance,
scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, running errands,
attending meetings with Sales team members and assisting with
critical projects and planning. The ideal candidate will be detail
oriented, quick thinking, self-motivated, impeccably organized and
will thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse
responsibilities and shifting deadlines.
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful
functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of
Team Trove will include:
Creating, maintaining, and entering detailed information in to
Managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel as well as drafting
Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office,
required experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Inputting and processing new items and new vendor paperwork.
Creating agendas, presentations, and other documents for company
Answering customer phone calls and processing customers'
Conduct research, compile reports and present data to a variety of
General day to day sales and administrative support.
Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates,
address concerns and answer questions.
Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.
