About This RoleWe're building the business analytics team here at Lumio from the ground up and need smart, analytically minded individuals to help us do it!
From day one, this role will help to define & metricize key performance indicators around the company and build reliable dashboards to track them. The focus will be heavy on building the foundation of our Solar product offering and optimizing the Solar sales pipeline.
We're hiring a team of sales analysts for this role, the team will report directly to the business analytics manager, but work extremely closely with the SVP of Sales Operations. These positions need to be located in our HQ at Lehi, Utah but working from home 1-2 days/week is okay and encouraged.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain key performance indicators to help motivate and drive the sales organization
  • Use data to help Sales Leaders to create incentive programs and monitor their impact on the business
  • Metricize the sales recruitment funnel (how many reps are we hiring, how many are currently active, how many are leaving, etc)
  • Help the business understand how different sales models impact the business and help to create data-backed sales forecasts
  • Partner closely with data architect team to create and maintain primary reporting warehouse and data pipelines
    Qualifications
    • 3-5+ years working in Data Analytics
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to put together executive-level summaries
    • Great project management skills
    • Experience using Confluence & JIRA (or similar project management tools)
    • Ability to manage their own workload, prioritize and set achievable deliverable expectations
    • Expert knowledge of SQL needed
    • Expert knowledge in Tableau (or equivalent) needed
    • Prior experience with solar sales would be a plus (specifically door to door sales models)
