Position Description LGCY Power is looking for motivated and talented Inside Sales Account Executives to join our growing inside sales team. LGCY Power is a leading nationwide solar energy provider with a commitment of excellence to both its customers and employees. Competitive hourly compensation plus commission will be provided to successful candidates that demonstrate the willingness to succeed and attain minimum sales goals. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will join a fast-paced team focused on handling warm leads and providing demonstrations over the phone and via webinar. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of solar, qualifying the prospect and walking them through the sales process. Responsibilities Explain the benefits of solar in a clear and concise manner. Walk prospective customers through the sales and sign-up process. Perform 4-6 pre-set sales consultations per day. Actively manage pipeline and follow up with customers. Prioritize calendar to maximize shift and achieve monthly sales targets. Track progress in company CRM. Qualifications 1-2 years sales experience. Solar or call center experience a bonus but not required. Proficient in technology such as Zoom, Goto Meeting, Google Sheets, Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work onsite at LGCY's headquarters in Lehi, UT. Goal oriented and results driven. Able to pass basic background check.
