Job Description
As the Inside Sales Director at Jolt, you will be responsible for the coaching, development, and success of the Sales Development Representatives who are the engine of our sales organization through the leads they generate. Your goal will be to set up an environment to help them work autonomously. You will also be the trailblazer of building our renewal and growth team! You will leverage your leadership ability to ensure your team uses effective sales skills in prospecting, following-up, outreaching, talking points, pipeline management, winning potential customers, as well as renewing and upselling current customers.
This is a hands-on, analytical, metric driven, and strategic role where we don't just want your sales team to make calls without a plan; you work smarter! If you have a track record in sales management, performance management, achieving KPIs, and want to leave your fingerprints on a growing organization, then this is the place for you! Some of your key responsibilities in a day's work will include the following:

  • Manage and monitor your team's KPIs (outbound calls, scheduled demos, qualified leads, and closed business)
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders, as well as cross departmentally with Marketing, CS, and Operations to strategically define and set goals and business needs for the company
  • Oversee and hire your renewal and growth team and work with them on a plan to encourage Jolt's current customers to renew their contracts
  • Plan and hold daily kick off meetings to set and prioritize expectations for each day
  • Be hands on monitoring your team to ensure calls are going well, helping them with issues on calls, listening to calls to provide mentorship opportunities and constructive feedback, helping them with research on accounts, etc.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in Sales Development as a contributor
    • Experience in leading an inside Sales team as as director
    • Ability to work on site Mon-Fri (Lehi, UT)
    • Experience working in a SAAS industry
    • Experience working in a hospitality, food and beverage, or retail vertical is a plus
