Senior Vice President/SVP of SalesFull-timeLehi, Utah (Hybrid remote-office options)The SVP of Sales is mission critical for continuing the company's transformation into the high-growth category leader in content management and workflow automation. You'll provide strategic and tactical leadership across sales, solution engineering, channels and alliances. -This SVP role reports to and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and collaborates with the entire Executive team to develop and optimize a global sales strategy. -You will deliver transformational impact across five dimensions:

  • 1) Sales enablement, including sales methodology, all training and enablement programs, and annual sales kickoff
  • 2) Sales planning, including annual and long-range plans
  • 3) Sales organization design, including territory design, quota capacity planning and coverage models
  • 4) Territory operations, focused on performance monitoring and analysis
  • 5) Performance optimization, including the development of pipeline analytics to improve sales performance and efficiency. -What you'll accomplish in the first 6 months:
  • Design and implement new sales processes and sales methodology to support business transformation and sales growth targets
  • Evaluate regional territories, account assignments, sales capacity and quota, lead generation, performance goals and compensation plans are aligned with revenue goals
  • Build sales infrastructure, training, platform and will own enablement, including designing sales onboarding, coaching, ongoing training and development processes and the tooling infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations and sales leaders to provide regional forecasting, analytics and planning that delivers predictable sales intelligence; determine goals and metrics for improving performance to effect improvement programs and tools; develop strategies to improve cost-of-sales and cost-to-book metrics
  • Build career paths and incentive structure for different sales role levels (rep, manager, director) and sales role types (new sales, client management, small account sales, etc.).
  • Champion a collaborative and inclusive relationship across sales teams and with customer success, marketing, product, and the executive teamWhat you bring:
  • 7+ years in SaaS sales leadership and strategy development
  • Created a strategic playbook for Saas organizations to expand into mid-market/enterprise business segments, new geographies and verticals.
  • Built and led successful sales enablement programs
  • Optimized sales team performance and revenue outcomes
  • Managed complex sales problems in a fast growing, dynamic environment supporting executive leaders
  • Built, implemented and monitored sales methodologies, processes and policies that create actionable deliverables that support revenue goals
  • Implemented or utilized enterprise level sales tools and technology
  • Influence change management, problem resolution, and communicating complex ideas in coherent terms to a cross function groups in a scaling environment
  • BS/BA degree in a relevant disciplineWhat We Offer:
