As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will work hand in hand with our account executives in hunting for new opportunities to close. You will be leveraging LinkedIn, email, Salesforce, and other creative tools to establish relationships with prospective clients. You will play an intricate role in building our sales pipeline. This isn't like all the other SDR roles with other companies, we are invested in developing your sales skill set and growing you to become a future top account executive.You can expect a starting Total compensation up to $70,000.00 DOE.   • Manage qualified sales leads for CareXM
  • Creatively source prospective clients through various methods including calls, emails, mail, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales calls with our Account Executives
  • Meet or exceed quarterly lead targets
  • Design & articulate compelling value propositions around CareXM services
  • Manage a small pipeline of opportunities to learn the sales process to help prepare you for the future account executive role.What you need:

      Bonus Qualifications:
      • Background in healthcare and/or technical sales development
      • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account, while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
