Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will directly support members of the sales team in a wide range of tasks from prospecting, selling, database maintenance, vendor forms, customer service, organizing calendars and working with other internal departments up to attending meetings with Sales team members and assisting with critical projects and planning. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience and be detail oriented, quick thinking, self-motivated, impeccably organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities and shifting deadlines.


Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include

  • Assist director and account manager with tasks related to customer accounts
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Accurately complete documentation for vendor/item setup for orders
  • Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates, address concerns and answer questions.
  • Work with other internal departments
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databases.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.
  • Create and generate a range of sales reports.
  • Manage incoming leads and assist in all account tracking and progress using CRM system.
  • Answering customer phone calls and processing customers' orders.
  • Performing basic clerical tasks (filing, faxing, printing, etc)
  • General day to day sales and administrative support. Qualifications


    For this role, were looking for someone with the following skills and experience

    We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment.
    • Organization and stellar time management skills a must
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
      Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with capability to efficiently work within strict deadlines
      • Positive demeanor and professional appearance, team player
        Demonstrated accuracy and keen attention to detail
        • Commitment to maintain confidentiality.
        • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required, experience with Hubspot is a plus
        • Proficiency in basic math skills
        • Minimum of 1 year commitment preferred
        • Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress preferred
