The Regional Sales Manager provides support to Xyngular Members at the ranks of Manager and above. You will advise them on their organizational performance, sales goals, rank achievement and completion of requirements for sales incentives and programs. • Member Leadership Development
  • Collaborate with your region's Sales Director to implement innovative strategies to grow the leaders and volume in your assigned region.
  • Maintain a professional, effective working relationship with member leaders
  • Work with assigned members to establish volume, rank and other business goals and set up an accountability process for each member, ensuring a focus on the individual needs and plans of each leader
  • Proactively works with assigned Elite Services agents to help resolve business issues on behalf of member leaders
  • Collaborate with sales team and other departments to provide a high level of service to assigned member leaders
  • Provide one-on-one phone training and leadership development for assigned member leaders
  • Inform assigned member leaders of new and existing sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, incentive trips, Passport Program qualification, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team on development of training programs designed to help members grow their businesses
  • City Meeting Preparation
    • Sets up and conducts corporate city meetings in assigned region and within other regions upon request
    • Works with Sales Coordinator to establish dates, locations, agendas and other elements of corporate city meetings
    • Coordinates meeting set up and presenter duties with host(s) in local market
    • Report key information to Sales Team and Executive Management
      • Provides requested information on leader growth within assigned region
      • Informs management of notable rank advancements or other accomplishments by assigned leaders
      • Event Support
        • Helps promote and encourage attendance at all company events
        • Travels, as requested by management, to staff and support company events and incentive tripsRequirements:
          • Excellent written and oral communication skills
          • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions and implementation strategies
          • In-depth understanding of network marketing compensation plans, sales systems, and duplication models
          • Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage and coach members to a high level of productivity
          • Capacity to work with others across multiple departments
          • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer skills
          • High degree of accountability, initiative, ownership of tasks, attention to detail, and discipline to follow through and complete tasks with excellence
          • Must be capable of effectively managing several priorities simultaneously.
          • Prior network marketing sales and/or support experience preferred.
