Our client - a Fortune 500 Software Organization - is seeking a Business Process Analyst to bring onto the team. Please see below for details:

PAY RANGE: 50-60/hour
LOCATION: Lehi, UT
DURATION: 8 months+

JOB DESCRIPTION:
" Write documentation and create process flow charts for new or changing business processes.
" Write and execute test plans (manual and automated) and analyze results
" Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
" Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
" Break Epics down into smaller requirements in a user story format.
" Participate with IT in design sessions to build out product.
" Groom backlog by adding, editing and removing user stories, as well as setting priorities.
" Track progress of user stories.
" Participate in scrum calls as product owner and SME.
" Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
" Strong business process analysis skills
" Excellent communication and time management
" Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
" Detailed oriented and thorough
" Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
" Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
