growth.We are looking for a Senior Workday Systems Analyst to join
our People Systems & Technology team which is responsible for the
architecture, infrastructure and development of Workday. You will
help configure feature requests, design Workday solutions for our
rapidly scaling business, and collaborate with our HR and Payroll
partners across the world.About YouYou're passionate, energetic,
and love a fast-paced environment. You love Workday and understand
its many intricacies. You have strong communication skills and can
lead meetings with HR & Payroll partners, helping them arrive at a
decision. You have the ability to multitask, and can respond to
urgent queries in a timely manner. You have a few years of
experience with Workday and are looking to grow them even further
and have a desire to continue to learn about Workday modules in
Workday.Responsibilities
- Design solutions in Workday for a fast-paced, always changing
global organization
- Configure Workday modules based on requirements from HR &
Payroll partners
- Participate in Workday projects by assisting with business
requirement gathering, business process review, project management,
testing, training, documentation development, communication and
business process configuration
- Provide tier-2 support for issues related to the production
environment (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking) by investigating
problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of
issues. Create and resolve support cases with Workday/Partner AMS
support as needed
- Be an advocate for improvements in Workday by bringing new and
innovative ideas to improve and/or resolve processes or issues
- Develop and maintain system documentation, processes and
procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Monitor & modify Integrations to ensure that they are running
correctly and are on schedule. Resolve production integration
issues in a timely manner
- Provide support for Workday reporting for all modules including
HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, US Payroll. Build and
maintain advanced custom reports as needed by HR & Payroll
partners
- Support the bi-annual Workday upgrades by monitoring new
features released by Workday and advocate for process
improvements/modifications
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
ensuring all necessary security measures are takenRequirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience with configuration of
Workday
- Ability to work with partners of varying technical and
functional ability
- Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal
communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or
related field
- Experience working with hire-to-retire processes
- Experience supporting a global organization is preferred
- A great customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team
