Overview
As Associate RMA Inventory/Materials Analyst you will be
responsible for collecting solar performance data from returned
devices, tracking RMA field service work, ensuring inventory for
component replacements, auditing the RMA process from start to
finish, identifying areas for improvement, and working with key
suppliers for the tracking and collection of RMA
reimbursements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with the Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
Program Manager, Supply Chain Materials Planners, and warehouse
teams to oversee and drive improvements in the RMA process
* Analyze and track RMA materials/inventory requests related to
open customer service cases in the backlog
* Track and drive end to end RMA process data integrity and
transactional compliance
* RMA inventory/materials consumption transactions (Field Service &
Warehouse)
* RMA inventory/materials returns transactions (Field Service &
Warehouse)
* Track and analyze RMA inventory metrics/KPI's to help drive
strategies, improve supplier performance, enhance Supplier quality,
and achieve business outcomes
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER
SKILLS)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain
Management, Finance, Data Analytics preferred
* Two years experience working within the solar industry
preferred
* Demonstrated ability to multitask, schedule, and prioritize
multiple complex requests.
* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Apps. Excel super-user. Any
experience with VBA, SQL, R, etc is a plus, but not required.
* Demonstrated proficiency working with data management and
analytics platforms. Ability to create clear and concise
presentations and to help make data based decisions
* Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and
presentation skills
* Working knowledge of best practices in enterprise inventory
management including cycle counting, ABC categorization, Return
Materials Authorization (RMA), Barcode tracking, shipping and
receiving

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges from $41,024 -
71,155. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which
is based on company and individual performance, short and long term
incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety
