Staff Multifamily Business Analyst

Overview: As the Multifamily Business Analyst you will be a key part of the management team providing solar to Multifamily properties across the nation. You will bring value to the team through managing and optimizing process, systems, and operational models. This position is highly influential and has the ability to help shape future success as the multifamily department is young and experiencing high growth. Responsibilities:

  • Optimize operational processes across all teams involved in multifamily operations (including analysis, finding solutions, testing, and implementation)
  • Manage operational models including volume forecasting, workforce planning, financial planning / budgeting, etc
  • Manage IT systems used by operations teams as well as finding / implementing best-in-class practices and tools in coordination with IT and other support teams
  • Manage and influence relevant stakeholders across business teams to drive timely and successful implementation.
  • Partner with external teams such as HR, Finance, Legal, etc to ensure optimal support for and collaboration with Multifamily operations teams.
  • Be a resource for operations leaders to help them understand systems and models that impact their teams. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
    • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can deliver in a fast-paced environment
    • BS/BA degree preferred, in Business or other relevant area of study
    • 5+ years of experience working with forecasting using spreadsheets, Anaplan, or other planning tools.
    • 5+ years of program and change management experience
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills; able to interface with senior executives
    • Strong financial and business modeling skills preferred
    • Preference for familiarity with Looker, Workday, Oracle, and Salesforce
    • Ability to work well in a flexible, "roll up your sleeves" and dynamic work environment.
    • Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energy industry.

      • Technology Savvy: Highly competent in Microsoft Office Programs, Google Suite, and knowledge of budget planning tools such as Anaplan, human capital management and timekeeping systems, scheduling tools, and CRM and/or ERP tools (Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent). PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
        • Use of standard office equipment, phone, computer, printer
        • Able to listen and communicate verbally
        • Able to sit for extended periods of time
        • Able to stand for up to 8 hours
        • Able to travel by car and plane
        • Able to climb a ladder
