We have lots of fun employee events, gym memberships, free running shoes and offer a great work environment where culture is key!Job Description:The IT BA will function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned systems and tools provided and maintained by IT at Xyngular. This role will also work directly with IT teams to collect, define, and document new requirements to those systems and tools.Responsibilities:

• Collect, define, and document requirements for IT teams through in-person or virtual meetings with stakeholders.
• Deliver, maintain, and validate actionable user stories to IT teams and vendors.
• Learn how teams and departments function at Xyngular and recommend how current IT provided systems and tools could improve overall performance.
• Research and evaluate new systems and tools that IT teams could provide.
• Serve as an SME on assigned IT tools/systems for IT and other internal departments.
• Function as the face of the customer when interfacing with IT teams and vendors.
• Communicate timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate with stakeholders both technically and functionally.
  • Aptitude to learn, train, and manage technical applications.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment where work is highly visible and relied on.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An ideal candidate will:

    • Optional/Expertise a plus:
      • Experience using/managing an ERP system (Business Central, SAP, Netsuite, etc)
      • Experience working with Finance/Accounting Teams
      • Previous Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst
