Sr. UX Designer

• Lead UX research efforts during product discovery and delivery to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our B2B SaaS products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, other designers and stakeholders across the business to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts, ensuring that they align with our business goals and enhance the overall user experience.
• Create clear, concise, and compelling UX copy that supports the overall design and user flow.
• Be an advocate for human-centered design principles and ensure their consistent application across our products.
• Support our product-led sales efforts by designing user experiences that guide users towards activation and conversion.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize your work and ensure projects across multiple teams meet timelines. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design
  • Proven experience designing consumer-grade B2B SaaS productsPrefer strong product-led growth/sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating opinionated/prescriptive software
  • Skilled in UX research; passionate about working directly with customers and users and advocating for their needs
  • Strong UX writing skills
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Desire to mentor and support the growth of other designers and product managers on the team
  • Collaborative, committed, team player with a bias for action and a self-starter attitude
  • Strong soft skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
