Land Development/Infrastructure Division Leader
Lehi, Utah

Our Client is seeking an experienced PE to be their Infrastructure Division Manager. This role will lead and direct our ongoing Infrastructure and Land Development teamin Utah. Come join a top organization with top earning potential and employee ownership.
Infrastructure Division Manager SurveyorResponsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage a team or group of individuals of 15 + people that include PM's and PLS
  
• Marketing and Business Development, new business development
  
• Work closely with directors and owners on multiple projects
  
• Drive Strategic Growth and Vision for the company
  
• Develop a strategy to manage and achieve goals.
  
  Infrastructure Division Manager Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 9-10 + years as a Licensed Professional Engineer with extensive Project Management experience in Municipal infrastructure and/or Land Development.
    
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience preferred
    
  • Prior Sales and Marketing experience, with current market connections
    
  • Utah Professional Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain within 3 months
    
    Infrastructure Division Manager Compensation and Benefits:
