Job Description:

CSA Construction Superintendent--Responsibilities (including but not limited to):-- Ability to work well on a team and individually-- Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerned with construction projects; discuss such matters as work procedures, design, and quality issues---- Complete all administrative documentation(RFI, CO, Submittal, etc)--and any other reports that are required for the project-- Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress-- Conduct walkdown; architectural finishes, civil/concrete installation, walls, false ceilings, drywall, doors, windows, RMF, HEPA filter ceiling grid, clean room modular walls - based on inspection and test plan, check list, method statement and work procedures-- Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities-- Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings-- Perform finalsign off on installations-- Answering questions of a technical nature during project executionRequirements:-- Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to reinforced concrete and masonry structures-- Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements-- Minimum 3-5--years Civil/Sturctural/Architectural experience--Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering degree or 10 years relevant work experience-- Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standardsThis is a Safety Sensitive position.--MSR-FSR is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.--PM20Powered by JazzHRPI208205574
