come build with us!Job PurposeAble to support multiple support
streams (Chat, email, etc.) on more complex customer issues. Helps
manage escalated tickets on more advanced topics (API,
integrations, etc). Helps create documentation. Assists in
onboarding of new team members. Able to manage time and workload
effectively. Is a leader on the team. Brings more advanced
technical knowledge and expertise to the team. Responsible for the
resolution of highly complex customer issues. Responsible for
developing or contributing to highly technical documentation.
Answers questions for the team, and mentors and develops individual
capacity of team members. Also, level 2's will cover any and all
additionally assigned tasks or duties.What you'll get to

(OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash
compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $18.50 -
20.20 per hour. This pay range is just one component of MX's total
rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when
determining individual starting pay, including job and level they
are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.WORK
