Conduct Success Advocate II


Join our Conduct Success team at Young Living where you'll have the opportunity to be part of a valuable team of professionals.

The Conduct Success Advocate will report to the Manager of Conduct Success. The role has different specialties based upon proficiency and tenure within Conduct. The Conduct Success Advocate will work directly with Young Living Brand Partners and their support teams to educate and align policy violations in a fair and timely manner. Job duties require attention to detail, the ability to spot trends within Brand Partners organizations and social media prowess, and keen analytical skills. A team member may be required to perform functions on both the North America and International Team as needed.

Essential Functions

* Work with brand partners on a case-by-case basis via phone and email to resolve concerns and educate on YL's Policies and Procedures in addition to maintaining the confidentiality and sensitive information.
* Conduct audits of brand partner social media posts, commissions, and organizational structure to present case files for enforcement review.
* Assist with the investigation and resolution policy violations as assigned relating to compensation plan manipulation and/or including fraudulent behavior.
* Track and collect data while storing sensitive legal documentation.
* Maintain and update brand Partner contract and Data as applicable of duties.
* Develop and maintain canned note responses, best practices, standard operating procedures, while innovating new ways to improve education and enforcement processes.
* Partner with other YL departments to complete job functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Working Knowledge of policy and procedures
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and similar tools excel, outlook, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to manage timelines
* Ability to communicate effectively in both multicultural and cross-functional teams
* Foster a spirit of team and positivity that supports collaboration and exhibits a growth mindset

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

The regular schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a half-hour lunch, Monday through Friday. This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with some "in office" day(s) and some remote workdays depending on business need.

Required Education and Experience

Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or combination of education and experience. Zero to three years of experience in a similar role is required.
