You'll enjoy using your regulatory and compliance knowledge to create and refine processes. You'll use your regulatory experience to ensure the successful implementation of our software with new clients and will work closely with our customers to provide unmatched regulatory strategy and execution.How you'll make an impact as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist:

• Build and refine processes to ensure compliance with 21 CFR
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their compliance needs and provide the information they need to decide if Limble meets their requirements
• Utilize Excel and technical writing skills to oversee implementation projects involving customer data
• Interact with customers and key stakeholders to perform compliance evaluations and testing
• Identify and address potential regulatory risks
• Provide project management support to Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management teamsRequirementsWe are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with the following qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience of regulatory or compliance related experience
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR a plus
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with data validation, quality management systems, and/or document control
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organization skills
  • Passion for continuous process improvement
  • Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • Previous software regulatory experience a plus
  • Occasional travel may be required Benefits
    • $55,000 - $70,000 base salary, depending on experience
