This position is instrumental in developing, implementing, and improving various and on-going programs and initiatives for FatCats' most important asset, its employees.       • Manage, create, and upload LMS content.
      • Create new learning modules, including writing/editing scripts for training videos
      • Analyze and evaluate current training and provide recommendations for new trainings and improvement of existing training.
      • Designing and creating instructionally sound web-based trainings, using iconography, photos/illustrations, graphics, and other visual elements to improve learning material and create engaging content.
      • Creating media assets (audio/narration, video, web, and animation software) to develop materials for courses.
      • Managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of all associated tasks. -Qualifications:
        • 3-5 years of instructional design experience using an LMS
        • Portfolio of previous work.
        • Experience with social media, graphic design, or UX principles
        • Voice over experience preferred but not required
