ABOUT USNOT A REMOTE POSITIONGrow.com is a business intelligence
(BI) platform for SMBs. Our goal is to make it easy and affordable
to visualize and share business performance in real time. We get
constant customer feedback like, "We thought we were hunting for
something that didn't exist, until we found Grow." Grow is seeking
Account Executives who know how to sell software that solves
customer pain points. Grow is a well funded and fast-growing
business intelligence platform whose technology is uniquely
positioned to eliminate the need for SMB and Mid-Market SaaS and
Ecommerce business to build a data warehouse. Grow is at an
exciting stage as we reposition the business around solving the
data warehouse conundrum. Grow wants Account Executives that know
how to source their own deals. Grow's Account Executives are
supported by a Growth team and BDRs that will deliver high-quality
MQL's. However, at Grow we believe in a culture of hunting and need
our AE'S to self-source at least half their deals. Grow solves the
first-level business problem of multiple data source reporting
without the headache and cost of a data warehouse. The reason
outbound is going to be so powerful is business owners don't know
you can marry data sources together without a data warehouse. NOT A

opportunitiesWork with our growth team and SDR's to close deals
with qualified leads Build a reliable pipeline to consistently and
reliably hit quotaConsult with customers to solve their problem of
multiple data source reportingWork collaboratively with the growth
team and others to create a great customer experienceWHAT YOU NEED
TO GET THE JOB DONEIf you went to Stanford or community college
great, what matters is you have built consultative sales teams for
SaaSTechnical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and
channels, including data visualization and data warehousesYou
follow a process and keep your pipe clean and accurate so you close
what you say you are going to closeYou love or want to be a part of
start-up and learn the in's and out's of a high speed SaaS
start-up. WHAT WILL MAKE US REALLY LOVE YOU Track record of hitting
quotaCustomers love you and are willing to be referencesYou know
how to close deals faster than average because you sell via a
consultative processBonus points if you have sold marketing
software into B2C and SaaS companies.Willingness to roll up your
sleeves to make cold calls, and generate new leads. (Don't worry we
