Neighbor is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join its Data team. You will be a key component of Neighbor's strategy to gather and analyze accurate market pricing data. This will benefit both our hosts and our renters to experience optimal pricing on our platform. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. This is a $12 an hour, 10-20h/ week contractor opportunity. We welcome remote candidates but would love the individual to work in our Lehi, UT office once every other week. ResponsibilitiesGather self-storage and vehicle-storage geographic pricing from various online sourcesEnsure the accuracy of the storage listing and the price of the listingTranslate the online storage listing types into the applicable Neighbor storage listing typesOrganize the data in Google Spreadsheets in a consumable formatReport on anomalies and key findings about geographic markets, competitors, listing types, and pricesQualificationsTrustworthyExcellent written communication skillsPassionate about helping others succeedDetail-orientedComfortable working with Google Suite products and spreadsheetsAbility to work independently without significant oversightAbout Neighbor:Neighbor is a marketplace where people with extra space in /around their home connect with people in need of storage.
