Who we are: The LifeVantage Marketing team is responsible for elevating LifeVantage as a wellness brand of choice, strategically planning all brand, creative, product, experiential, and communication needs with a focus on attracting new audiences and customers, while continuing to improve loyalty in our existing customers and independent sales force. Position Summary Traffic Coordinator: Our nimble crew is seeking a detail orientated Traffic Coordinator to help get things done. This role will help manage the flow of marketing resources and creative projects. Their job is to stay on top of the pieces that make up a marketing campaign or project and help everyone to stay on schedule. The Traffic Coordinator will help create timelines and schedules for the delivery of creative resources and marketing materials and facilitate hand-offs from one team to another. They will need some excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal) to be successful. This position is located in our Lehi, UT office with great flexibility work options. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (others may be assigned): Maintain day-to-day administrative activities of assigned projects from inception to final delivery Communicate project status and route approvals to key stakeholders for each project assigned Track projects pain points and help Traffic Manager to improve processes Become an expert in our project management software Help facilitate project hands offs at each step Qualifications/Skills Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in Direct Selling industry is a plus but not a must Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience using project management software Strong understanding and demonstration of business etiquette and ethics Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude Work well under pressure with hard deadlines Collaborative team player
