with our highest level executives by performing diverse
administrative tasks and strategically partnering with our leaders.
As an Executive Assistant, you will display executive presence
while demonstrate resourcefulness, timeliness and integrity. The
ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
while having the ability to display good judgement. This is a
full-time position working in of our Lehi office 5 days a week,
Monday - Friday. Some flexibility may be available. What You Will
Own
- Supporting 2+ executives and managing a large amount of tasks
set forth by the assigned executives on a daily basis
- Coordinate difficult schedules, adapt to various competing
demands, prioritize multiple projects and handle conflicting
needs
- Apply sound judgment while driving recommendations and
solutions in sometimes high-pressure situations
- Attend various meetings, prepare and distribute minutes and
follow through with action items
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel, produce reports,
presentations, and run errands as needed
- Plan and execute all department events, and company/holiday
parties
- Coordinating and help design company swag
- Partner with dynamic administrative team with a high degree of
support and collaboration
- Prepare, review, edit reports, budgets, correspondences,
etc.
- Handle confidential information with exceptional judgment and
discretion
- Managing email correspondence and calendar
- Meeting prep and coordination, ensuring meetings run
effective
- Facilitate board meetings and board correspondences
- Prepare minutes and track action items from meetings What You
Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Minimum of 3+ years executive assistant experience supporting 2
or more executives
- Must have a strong service-oriented attitude and excellent
interpersonal skills
- Reliable and accessible: superior response time,
attention-to-detail, and consistent follow-up
- Welcome new challenges and come to work happy and positive
every day
- Demonstrate a high level of autonomy while staying efficient in
a highly pressured fast-paced environment
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity and stressful situations with
poise and confidence
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to exercise a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and
discretion with sensitive matters
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job
done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Proficiency in Google Workspace: Excel, Word, Pages, Keynote
and email
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
