Job Description:

Naviron is excited to partner with a fast-growing SaaS company that was just awarded a spot on Built in LA's 2021 Best Places To Work and has recently expanded operations into Utah! Their intuitive software solutions help businesses of all sizes optimize and scale their operations.

They're growing and looking for an ambitious and strategic AE to run a full sales cycle and focus on driving new business (mix of inbound, referral, and hunting) and developing long-term partnerships with clients. The position is currently remote but will transition to hybrid in the office 2-3 days/week.

Responsibilities:
Drive new business through multiple channels (inbound, outbound, referral, cold calling, etc.)
Demonstrate high skill in pipeline growth and management.
Partner with Sales Engineers to lead discovery calls and software demos with prospects
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to help drive future development of the platform and new offerings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required to be considered
3+ years successfully selling B2B SaaS software to both technical and non-technical buyers
Passion for sales and a proven track record of successfully hunting and signing new business
Intelligence, enthusiasm, and drive for success
Team player with a competitive attitude

Compensation:
$65-80K base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission = $130-150K OTE
