We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide an amazing experience for our members. You will report directly to the Customer Solutions Supervisor in Member Services. Full-time positions are available for Monday - Friday shifts, working standard office hours. Compensation will be $15/hr. What You Will Do: * You will provide general support for members of the Growth and New Product department, by supporting customers with their needs through inbound calls, email, letter correspondence, and social media platforms. * You will build a positive relationship with every customer, ensuring there is resolution on every interaction. * You will develop collaborative working relationships with associates, peers, and leaders, as you will have opportunities to work both independently and as part of a team. * You will work with customers to find solutions to inquiries and coordinate with the team manager to provide feedback based on customer interactions. * You will compose clear, direct, concise, and complete verbal and written communications. * You will quickly acquire knowledge, meet deadlines, follow work schedules, and meet productivity standards.
