Frequently Asked Questions What is a day in the life of an In-Stock Intern? The core responsibilities of an In-Stock Intern reflect the following: * Assist with managing inventory using data backed solutions to reduce stock outs while controlling capital usage * Work on innovation projects to improve the ordering process * Works with Excel to better understand data trends and contributes solutions to better manage inventory supply * Opportunity for working with a wide variety of brands and selling platforms What will I need to thrive in this role? * Junior or Senior In college working towards a bachelor's degree * Analytical skills, detail oriented, self-oriented and proactive * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up type environment * Experience working with Microsoft Excel * Independent and success driven individual * Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential What does high performance look like? * You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner * You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given * You actively comment and participate in group collaborations What is my potential for career growth? * This role will provide opportunities for mentorship and networking. It could also lead to a potential full-time job following excellent performance throughout the internship. What is the team like? * You will work with the other full-time In-Stock Associates as well as be supervised by the Director of Forecasting. You will also be mentored by the Director of Forecasting and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members. Sounds great. What's the catch? What is the hiring process? * There will be an initial screening interview with a recruiter.
