We're looking for a top real estate business development professional to build and lead a team of business development talent. You will be responsible to skillfully prospect, align business outcomes, build consensus, handle objections, negotiate large complex deals and explore new revenue opportunities, for both Supply and Demand.. The ideal candidate for this role has hands-on experience planning and executing business development initiatives, building out the business development team, and experience closing commercial and enterprise deals.. Responsibilities. Drive the vision and strategy of the Business Development team for Supply and Demand. Execute on all aspects of the business development experience while managing relationships with key decision-makers at top prospects across the US. Grow supply aggressively across the US by building strong partnerships with publicly-traded REITs and other large real estate portfolios. Continually refine strategies that lead to increased share of large real estate portfolios listing space on Neighbor's marketplace, including upselling existing partners. Confidently negotiate pricing and partnership contracts running point on legal and contract reviews. Manage sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to exceed goals and deliver high listing and revenue growth. Partner closely with teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver a world-class customer experience and maximize revenue. Experience. 5+ years of work experience in top-tier strategy consulting, business development, and/or real estate strategic partnerships. Large real estate portfolio experience and extensive knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred. Extensive Commercial and Real Estate relationships and connections with key decision-makers at large companies. A proven record of success driving revenue and growing existing business with enterprise accounts and brands. Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including senior executives. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives. Experience hiring top talent, managing a team, and working with internal stakeholders. Comfort with ambiguity and a problem-solving orientation. Stock options.
