As the Customer Service Specialist, youll coordinate customer
engagement across multiple communication channels. Youll work
closely with the other Customer Service Specialists to engage with
our customers and strategically improve our customer experience
offering. Youll also work closely with our marketing team to
develop and track customer engagement across these channels. These
tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills, CX
experience, and a proactive work ethic.

functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of
Team Trove will include:
Address customer inquiries across multiple communication
Coordinate daily communication engagement.
Develop CX strategies and measurement tools.
Analyze customer data.
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal
expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, were
looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
Previous Customer Service experience.
High propensity to detail. Must enjoy task-oriented jobs.
Ability to think outside the box.
