Job Description


As the Customer Service Specialist, youll coordinate customer engagement across multiple communication channels. Youll work closely with the other Customer Service Specialists to engage with our customers and strategically improve our customer experience offering. Youll also work closely with our marketing team to develop and track customer engagement across these channels. These tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills, CX experience, and a proactive work ethic.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Address customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.

  • Coordinate daily communication engagement.

  • Develop CX strategies and measurement tools.

  • Analyze customer data.


Qualifications


We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.

  • Previous Customer Service experience.

  • High propensity to detail. Must enjoy task-oriented jobs.

  • Ability to think outside the box.

  • CX experience.
