We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader that will answer the call of stewardship by designing, building and managing a team of "customer first" focused Market Development Representatives. The primary function of this key team is to grow usage and retain customers of the PlanHub Network. This is accomplished by executing a proactive, reactive and strategic customer support program. Candidates must have strong operational leadership expertise, accountability management skills and the ability to work in a "fast paced" flexible environment. Candidates must be self-driven individual that's comfortable working in a growing and evolving business and industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a team of 10 - 15 Market Development Representatives Data & analytic report building Manage various customer centric motions and roles within the team Build processes and structure for a fast paced & volume focused strategy Design, build and execute CRM reporting and other reporting KPI metrics Present team performance results to senior leadership team Conduct individual performance reviews & other standard leadership tasks Occasionally contact general contractors and sub-contractors to drive increased product usage and customer retention. Position Requires: 5 + years of Operational customer success experience 2+ years of Operational leadership experience Excellent CRM and Excel reporting skills Excellent communication and organizational skills The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, Google Chrome and other internal system tools Associates or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working within the construction industry is a plus What's in it for you: The opportunity to join a dynamic team that was awarded the Great Places to Work designation in 2020 and make and immediate impact as planHub moves to dominate the industry!
