Job Description:

The Performance Training Content Developer plays a key role in managing and developing content for our Performance Operations organization.  The right candidate will utilize strong organizational, process and technical skills to assist the Performance Operations organization in meeting company goals. They must use their resources to manage special projects that will increase efficiency, improve employee knowledge and drive the customer experience. The Performance Training Content Developer will need to take on a leadership role within Performance Operations, and work closely with leadership teams across the Performance Operations organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness of employee/customer facing content.


  • Work with leaders across multiple departments to plan, organize and direct activities impacting employee and customer facing content
  • Establish policies and processes to govern the addition or changes of employee and/or customer facing content
  • Develop and refine content in support of the Performance Operations organization
  • Lead changes by becoming an expert on new processes/policies and being a resource for employees/leaders to go to for assistance
  • Coordinate with Training Leads to regularly update training materials to reflect process and/or policy changes
  • Proactively identify gaps in documentation and/or learning and provide solutions
  • Partner with teams to report, monitor and track the effectiveness of employee resources and tools
  • Collaborate with the leadership teams across the Performance Operations organization to provide employee perspective and make process changes to improve the employee experience
  • Prioritize and manage project timelines to ensure they are completed within a timely manner and meet the needs of the business
  • Work with leadership to recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve the employee experience

  

  • Project Management experience preferred
  • 4+ Years of previous Supervisory or Management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a passionate world-class customer service aptitude
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings with management and executive leaders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and teach it to others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead others
  • Proven ability to assess priorities and manage effectively with minimal to no oversight
  • Demonstrates flexibility and responds positively to change
