You: As an Business Development Representative you will help drive the growth of Briostack softwares products, services, and solutions. BDRs are responsible for qualifying prospective customers prior to meeting with Sales Executives. Includes following up on marketing generated responses, new and outbound market penetration, calling on decision makers, trade show attendance, webinar and event follow-up, and more. Us Briostack is a small but quickly growing software as a service company, recently acquired by EverCommerce. We have a software suite targeted at the major business needs of pest control companies. Our goal is to build software so good that no one can offer a close substitute, and we are building a world-class engineering team to help us achieve it. Our product offering is named Brio, and there are a number of major parts to what it does: - Sales Support - Customer Relationship Management - Appointment Scheduling - Route Optimization - End to End Paperless Documentation - Billing and Transaction Processing - Automated Notifications Responsibilities - Qualify marketing leads and set up sales calls for Account Executives - Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads. - Present business solutions to prospective customers Qualifications - Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process - Ability to work in a fluid/changing market place - Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers - Maintain accurate client communication - Great verbal and written skills - Preferably at least 1-3 years professional B2B selling/setting experience in technology sales - Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas - Successful experience at new account development - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Self driven, motivated and results oriented - Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills - Consistent over-achievement in past positions.
