This role manages our core backend processes, metrics/analytics, and systems that enable execution of our end-to-end talent strategy. You will have the opportunity to support and improve the candidate and employee experience through process efficiencies and system optimization. Last, this role will drive internal People & Places alignment and team connectivity.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute on our People operations strategy in service of the broader Ancestry business strategy; prepare processes and systems for growth and embed mechanisms for continuous improvement Partner with internal Ops team to analyze data/metrics across multiple functions to inform the design and execution of core People processes and programs that support our Talent Strategy.
Drive execution of People & Places organization mission and strategy. Includes development, monitoring and reporting on goals/OKRs Organize and drive development and completion of Board/Operating Review materials Serve as project manager on key People & Places initiatives, as appropriate Manage and develop team members Drive internal People & Places organizational optimization Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Payroll, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives

Who You Are:

8-10 years of relevant experience Strong communication, listening skills, and change management skills Team player/coach with ability to think strategically and tactically Strong orientation toward driving efficiencies and continuous improvement; ability to spot opportunities for working smarter Knowledge of federal, state and local HR compliance and related reporting requirements Knowledge of SOX/Compliance risks within HR processes Experience producing meaningful People metrics to inspire change, provide important insights, and improve processes and programs Proficient knowledge of managing HR tools and systems Experience partnering, building trust, and strong working relationships Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and programs Additional Information: Ancestry is an Equal Opportunity Employer that makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, mental or physical disability, medical condition, military or veteran status, citizenship, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
