Who you are: Someone who has extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role Someone who has experience leading teams A true business partner and consultant who knows how to help organizations succeed What you'll own: Working in full partnership with business leaders at all levels of the North America team, sharing ownership for development/implementation of business strategies and accountability for delivering business results (30%) Working with North American business leaders to lead organizational change and transition. Regularly coaches and counsels members of the North America team (15%) Using analytical and strategic thinking skills to turn complex data into insights and solutions which positively impact the overall business (15%) Providing support and guidance to team members and managers on employee relations issues. Coordinate with HR leadership on actions and outcomes (10%) Directing and coaching a team of HRBPs, Specialists and coordinators. Provide informal mentoring to other team members, as assigned, to be more effective in supporting their own client groups (7%) Partnering with HR centers of excellence (i.e., Talent Solutions, Total Rewards, Learning and Development), as needed, to acquire, engage, retain optimal talent for company and North America needs (5%) Partnering with the HRIS and Employee Experience teams to leverage workforce data to improve business effectiveness and employee engagement. Report on key metrics, as required (5%) Directing and conducting thorough and objective investigations. Liaise effectively with Legal department, as needed (5%) Acting as a steward of the Young Living culture; collaborate with colleagues and clients to help define, evolve and exemplify the company culture and work environment to maximize business performance and employee engagement (5%) Engaging with HR project teams as assigned to drive/lead corporate HR strategic initiatives (3%) Experience you'll need: Proven track record of executing high impact HR value-added strategies in the following areas: Change Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Talent Development Demonstrated, practical knowledge of employment law Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to travel between Member Services (American Fork, UT) and Global Headquarters (Lehi, UT) as needed (travel Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and deliver work on time MS Office software experience (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Additional information Young Living is an equal opportunity employer.
