What is a day in the life of a Sr. Marketing Manager?

You will play a key role in developing the strategic marketing roadmap that aligns content across prospect and customer marketing and branding initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing our overarching campaign strategy and calendar centered around our Hero's Journey to drive new lead gen, upsell lead gen, and our role as an industry thought leader. * Conducting market research to create timely and relevant campaigns and promotions tailored to our target audience. * Leading our prospect, customer, and content marketing managers to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently * Working with our content writer to ensure a wide range of content pieces are included in every campaign to match the buyer's journey and to build a strong lead pipeline. * Leading important projects such as mapping the buyers' journey, refining lead scoring, designing re-engagement and list-building campaigns, and more. * Conducting analysis on performance of tactics and strategies across prospect and customer marketing campaigns * Supporting the team by mentoring channel marketing specialists and elevating the team's marketing chops. * Researching market and industry trends, and competitor strengths and weaknesses

What will I need to thrive in this role?

* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management; or equivalent experience * 5 years experience developing and managing your organization's marketing, advertising, lead generation, and lead nurturing initiatives * A broad understanding of marketing projects ranging from style guide creation, branding work, campaign development, production projects and digital initiatives to reporting and strategy. * Experience building integrated marketing campaigns that produce measurable results in support of revenue objectives * High proficiency and experience with digital marketing tools such as SEO, retargeting and Google Analytics * Experience with marketing automation systems, such as Hubspot or Marketo * Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce * Experience with social media marketing, platforms and strategy * Outstanding presentation skills to deliver to executive leadership, company wide all hands, and external events.

Yes it is. Solutionreach is a Virtual First company, and while we have opportunities to work in our Lehi office, team members generally work remotely.

What is the selection process?

* A 5-minute virtual aptitude test * A 45-minute phone interview with Kathi Reroma (Manager - People & Culture) * A 30-minute video interview with Hilary Melander (Sr. Product Marketing Manager) * A 60-minute video interview with three other members of the Marketing team * A 30-minute final interview with Tom Sorber (Director - Operations SRP)
