Job Purpose

If you are incredibly attuned at shaping and orchestrating smooth execution between complex B2B client relationships in complex technological solutions, and you are obsessed with creating world class customer relationships and experiences, then please join MX as our Director of Client Success on the Channel Partners team. We are looking for a strong and innovative leader to develop, and mentor a team of Client Strategy Consultants who are managing MX's Channel Partners.

With a deep emphasis on strategic growth and development, your team will be responsible for leveraging MX's strengths and industry knowledge to understand and improve our Partners' and Clients' businesses, and leverage MX's ability to effectively and efficiently serve our clients. Using data and strategic insight, you will lead a team of CSCs to identify opportunities for retention and growth, execute against defined business objectives, and support relationships with our Sales and Partnership organizations to strengthen and expand our current product and service offerings.

What you'll get to do

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of 10-15 talents and foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, objectivity, purposeful contribution, and founder mindset through hiring, training and career development cycle

  • Build innovative ways to improve existing processes and procedures and create documentation for greater efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic approach to sales, retention and growth of Channel Partners and their financial institutions

  • Have a strong data driven mindset to identify potential retention risks, track opportunities for CARR expansion and build a trusted relationship with stakeholders through clear and concise communication

  • Be the industry expert, act as a point of escalation, remove roadblocks, and provide strategic support for team as they navigate complex relationships with external partners, clients and internal stakeholders

  • Partner with the delivery team to ensure transitionary hand-offs are done in a timely and scalable manner

  • Become the subject matter expert (SME) on MX products and serve as an educator to help inspire adoption with your passion

You'll do it using your

  • 8+ years of client leadership experience in a fast paced environment

  • 5+ years of SaaS account or partnerships management experience

  • Solid experience in B2B, Banking or Fintech industries with emphasis on data driven sales, strategy and relationship building

  • Strong leadership skills including providing strategic insights, planning, communication, presentation, solution driven problem solving, task delegation, and the ability to process and retain new information quickly

  • Proven ability to build high performing teams

  • Passion for creating an elite customer experience with a drive for success and a strong bias toward execution

  • Expert-level knowledge of prioritizing complex problems

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related field experience
