About the Opportunity: NP Accel is seeking an experienced VP, Strategic Partnerships to help build and lead the agency's partnership program. Partnerships include various agencies, technology platforms, hosting companies, franchises and any other companies whose clients can benefit from our digital marketing services. Reporting into our Chief Revenue Officer, this person will lead and evolve the strategy, process, and approach to strategic partnerships, with responsibility for driving revenue and growth of the partnership team. We require a polished and seasoned business development leader who enjoys building profitable relationships. This leader will be responsible for all aspects of the partnership program from prospecting leads through closure of agreements, and post kickoff relationship maintenance. Given the nature of our services, the ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all forms of digital marketing and can have in-depth and strategic discussions with Executive level marketing resources on the client side. Responsibilities: Lead all facets of the partnership program and team Lead partnership sales policies, procedures, and quotas; analyzing data and performance to create successful close strategies Lead, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and success of partnership efforts, measuring actual results against desired outcomes, and providing weekly reporting to leadership team Oversee development of email cadences, identify and implement sales tools and technology, and architect an innovative outbound approach to acquire new leads Leverage internal resources and integration team to ensure partners have the tools they need to succeed within the partnership Prospect for new partnerships through networking nationally via webinars, conferences, industry trade shows, and other mediums Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding NP Accel services as well as current and emerging market trends Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and constantly fine tune the partnership sales and on-boarding process Ensure success of partnership by acting as a point of contact pre and post integration Requirements: 8-10+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships, ideally in an agency setting, with a track record of successful attainment of quota/revenue targets Existing relationships with potential partners for SEO or Paid marketing services, especially in the agency space Have an understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including SEO, paid search, social media, mobile, PR, and email. Presentation capabilities and comfort meeting with clients in person and by phone Keen ability to develop strong business relationships with C-level decision makers and maintain partnerships for the duration of multi-year contracts Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills; a great communicator in every medium Able to ask tough questions and handle the pressure of a high-growth sales environment Some travel required and willingness to host video calls a must Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, unafraid to challenge the status quo. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience This position is full-time, salaried, fully remote, and based in the US.
