Do you love taking a data-driven approach to driving customer acquisition through digital media partnerships and affiliate relationships? The Associate Marketing Manager, Partner and Affiliate will be responsible for helping our team manage, expand, and optimize a rapidly growing digital media portfolio of affiliate, content, API-integrated, and strategic partnerships in the US and across several international markets. As a successful candidate you will need to excel at developing new partnerships as well as proactively managing and optimizing existing partnerships to help the team deliver on high-growth business objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor affiliate and partner activity across US and international markets, regularly delivering your analysis to the team and making data-driven decisions to ensure key KPIs are achieved
  • Manage relationships with existing external partners and identify and recruit new key partners in US and international markets, developing execution strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Assist with budgeting, accounting, and reporting, including weekly pacing and monthly forecasts
  • Analyze media data to assess performance against cost-efficiency and ROAS targets
  • Collaborate with external partners and cross-functionally with internal teams like Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Onsite to identify opportunities to optimize creative, placements, targeting, and media costs to drive incremental performance and efficiencies
  • Work with multiple teams globally to execute and support integrated marketing campaigns across different world regions

Who You Are:

  • Must be proactive, highly-organized, and capable of balancing multiple people and performing multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully
  • Either have prior experience managing direct-to-consumer affiliate programs or have prior experience as a digital media planner/buyer, on the agency or brand side(s)Strong knowledge of performance-based media partnerships and direct response marketing
  • Advanced familiarity with digital marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools, including affiliate platforms
  • Ability to distill information from weekly reporting into an action plan
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams simultaneously, including agency, creative, digital marketing, analytics, finance, and legal
  • Advanced expertise in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Willingness to work on a fun, fast-paced team focused on delivering strong growth for the business and you professionally
  • BA/BS Degree with 4+ years of work experience
