We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees and leaders further develop their skills and knowledge. You will lead out on creating and providing solid training programs to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for all tasks and responsibilities related to the creation and delivery of training and development content
  • Build, support, and adapt training curriculums to meet changing industry standards and best practices through research and collaboration
  • Partner with Sr leadership to determine training needs and build Podium's development training programs around core competencies and other skills
  • Lead out on seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare and create educational material and content such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Maintain accountability through attendance and other records
  • Create engagement from participants through effective discussion driving strategies
  • Manage training budgets
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Partner with other HR personnel to monitor employee performance and response to trainings to define other areas for further development
  • Other duties as needed to support program success

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience thinking critically and problem solving in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with e-learning software a plus
