Position Summary

The Purple Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support all recruiting needs at our Corporate headquarters in Lehi, UT. This person is responsible for leading the hiring efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line. Have a deep understanding of the organization and its hiring needs and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills We are looking for someone that can come on and help improve the recruiting process. The process of recruiting may involve both internal and external sourcing methods and understanding where and how to locate candidates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening candidate interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administer appropriate company assessments
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are achieved
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Support HRBP's and other HR initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate environment
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive talent (must have at least 4+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing passive talent)
  • Recruiting experience in the following industries: Marketing (Brand, Communications, PR, Creative, Digital, Content), Legal, eCommerce, Product Development.
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Must have strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with high number of job reqs in a very fast pace environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multi-task
  • Professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of employment law
  • General HR knowledge will be helpful
