Job Description:

We're looking for a Talent Scout to help tell Client's story and engage top engineering talent in the market. This role will primarily drive hiring efforts for Client's Cloud Technology Business in US.

The Opportunity Our Talent Scout's focus is to support both Client talent partners and hiring managers from the Cloud Tech group with their staffing needs. Support begins once a job requisition is approved and the req is kicked-off with a meeting that involves the hiring manager, talent partner, and talent scout. You will be expected to determine appropriate recruiting sources to demonstrate for advertising and posting positions, identify and target both passive and active candidates and develop a network to support a solid pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also conduct initial prescreens, engage passive talent, and position Client as an employer of choice while maintaining positive relationships with these candidates and providing periodical updates to them.

What you'll do You will own and drive sourcing strategy & execution for Client's Cloud Technology as well as other groups as needed You will identify, screen and present qualified diverse talent pools; maintain sourcing req load of up to 12 -15 open positions on average Use data and insights to assist Talent Partners with driving efficiencies in the hiring process Provide regular reporting to Talent Partners as needed to include talent market trends and insights, sourcing activity, challenges, successes, effective talent pipelining sources Deliver a consistently positive Candidate Experience to passive and active job applicants Position Client as an employer of choice Role model Client's values and culture to both prospects and employees, upholding timely and frequent communication Help plan and drive successful recruiting events Collaborate with team to better understand market drivers, competitive landscape, and alignment to business demands

Skills: What you'll need to succeed Ability to partner with other talent scouts/sourcers and technical recruiters Bachelors degree with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiating, closing candidates, on-boarding) will be ideal Ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs Detailed knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends Ability to have difficult conversations around sensitive topics including compensation expectations and immigration law & policy Strong written communication skills Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates Must be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to passive candidates and defining Client's position in the market

Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience is required
