About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Customer Support Rep to join our Customer Experience team in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

What youll be doing:

  • Providing friendly, positive, and thorough assistance to JobNimbus customers with technical questions
  • Creating a white-glove experience for the customer's main pain points, with an eye toward a positive customer experience
  • Using technical product skills to demonstrate and customize features within current JobNimbus accounts
  • Gaining an awareness of all aspects of customer businesses, and proactively submitting feedback recommendations for constant product improvement
  • Troubleshooting and testing software issues and escalating finds as needed
  • Handling calls, emails, and chats from customers daily
  • Taking responsibility for projects while prioritizing collaboration.
  • Collaborating remotely and in-office with other members of the Support team
  • Occasionally attending trade shows and events to interact with customers.

Required Skills:

  • Entry to mid-level training and/or customer support experience
  • Ability to rapidly learn & customize complex software
  • Adaptable, curious, data-driven, and results-minded
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of improving the customer experience
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Desired Skills:

  • Hubspot experience
  • Software sales experience
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • CRM experience
