Sunrun is looking to hire an exceptional Consumer Compliance Administrator to support its growing Consumer Compliance Team! The ideal candidate is detail oriented, adaptable, brings a “can do” attitude, welcomes working in an environment with changing requirements, and eager to learn about the residential solar industry. 

The Consumer Compliance Administrator has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You are extremely organized and possess critical thinking skills.You develop and maintain extensive Salesforce knowledge in order to manage case intake and processing. Sunrun is a fast-paced and growing company, so this position will be expected to work independently, but partner with various members of other internal teams.

• Customer Dispute Administrative Duties (70%)

• Performs all customer complaint intake procedures consistent with Sunrun guidelines.  
• As necessary, performs all customer complaint closing procedures consistent with Sunrun guidelines.

• Misc. Consumer Compliance Administrative Duties (30%)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of relevant work experience 
• Meticulous attention to detail, passionate about diving into the “fine print,” and interested in learning and acquiring new skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and building relationships across teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to effectively explain complex issues to various audiences via email, conference call, one-on-one, and group settings.
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A hard worker who knows how to get the job done, takes pride in the journey, and you bring a sense of joy with you to the office.
• Your co-workers know that they can rely on you to pitch in regardless of the subject matter or time constraints.
• You work best when given complete responsibility and ownership over issues, even if they’re new to you.
• You dig in - there is nothing you’re not willing to learn and master - and you sweat the details.
• You’re nimble - you adapt to workload changes with enthusiasm and curiosity.
